World Cup 2022: The European Zone play-off TV program
By finishing at the top of group D of the playoffs, the France team obtained its ticket for the 2022 World Cup without going through the play-off stage. This is not the case for all selections. This week the qualifying play-offs for the World Cup take place in the Europe zone. At what times and on what channels can these matches be seen?
In Europe, 3 teams will qualify at the end of these play-offs. The qualifications work in the form of play-offs. The European national teams competing play a semi-final, then a final. The winner of each final will play in the World Cup next November and will be part of the draw for the competition which will take place on Friday April 1 in Doha, Qatar.
The current situation in Ukraine has disrupted the holding of these roadblocks. On the one hand, following the exclusion of Russia, the Polish team is directly qualified for the final of its accession route. On the other hand, the Scotland – Ukraine match which was to be held this Thursday, March 24, has been postponed. The winner of the Wales-Austria match will therefore have to wait before knowing his opponent in the final of the play-offs.
