Daniel Medvedev was unable to participate in the 2022 edition of the tournament Wimbledon due to the exclusion of Russian players. Although he has never publicly complained, the world No.1 still seems slightly bitter as he posted a video of himself watching F1, captioned, « Perfect Sunday ». So he wouldn’t have looked Novak Djokovic win his 7th Wimbledon against Nick Kyrgios (4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6(3)). We can understand it, especially since he was unable to assert his new status. He can console himself with the absence of a point which will push the Serb back in the standings.
