WATCH: Gallagher scores on his return!

Brendan Gallagher didn’t take long to find the sidelines on his return. The Canadiens forward scored early in Tuesday’s game against the Senators.

Taking advantage of contact between Mike Hoffman and Anton Forsberg, Gallagher lodged the puck in an abandoned net.

The Senators appealed, but the goal was allowed as Artem Zub was responsible for the contact on the goaltender.

It was a sixth for Gallagher this season.
