Fired like a messy WEC, Jacques Villeneuve will not participate in the next 24 Hours of Le Mans: the Canadian reacted with “disgust” to his ousting.
Jacques Villeneuve learned on the sidelines of the Monaco Grand Prix, contested last weekend, that he would not be competing in the next edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, that of the centenary of the event which will be held in less than two weeks in the Sarthe.
The 1997 Formula 1 world champion was recruited by ByKolles, the structure set up by Colin Kolles, at the start of the year, but the big mistakes made by the Canadian driver during the first rounds of the WEC finally put an end to his collaboration with the Austrian team.
