Sergio Pérez has reserved huge praise for his team-mate Max Verstappen, revealing he has a talent that no one else can claim, including him.
Pérez became the reigning world champion’s team-mate at the start of 2021 after Red Bull made a rare recruitment from outside its driver pool, deciding to leave Alex Albon in a reserve and development driver role.
The Mexican driver has proven to be an excellent signing for Red Bull and will stay with the team for at least the next two seasons. And it seems like he really enjoys working with Verstappen given his portrayal of the current world championship leader.
“Max is very good, he is a very complete driver, I think he is without a doubt one of the best in the history of Formula 1, said Perez in an interview with Fox Sports MX. If it’s the best, because of everything, because of the way he was framed from childhood. »
