There is one version for muggles (humans without magic power, so we are), the muggle quidditchwho must score as many goals as possible in rings to win the match, perched on broomsticks, but who don’t fly, of course.

The community formed around the Harry Potter saga is so important that Quidditch is played in the whole world, and has its own federation. Adapted in 2005, Quidditch has a fifty clubs in France alone, with a French Cup, a European Cup and a World Cup. France has also been European champion in 2015 ! In addition to being obligatory mixedthe teams are open to both adults and children.

So where can we play Quidditch at Paris and Île-de-France ? The interactive map of the French Quidditch Federation indicates a club in the Yvelines and three to Paris, which usually offer a free trial session. The Headless Hunt team plays Clayes-sous-Bois, in the Yvelines. The other three clubs are located at Vincennes : Olympians Paris Quidditch, Titans Paris Quidditch and Paris Frog Quidditch.
