Uganda – Premier League: Tooro United falls by the wayside against Busoga United
Without a win since Matchday 2, Tooro United’s side have suffered another setback against Busoga United. The meeting between the two clubs ended with a score of 1-3 in favor of the visitors. This is part of the fifth day of the Ugandan Premier League.
Busoga United did well with a brace from Anwaru Ntege Mustafa. The striker first found his way to the net in the 23rd minute with a heavy shot giving his team the advantage. But just after the break, Tooro returned to the score and equalized from the penalty spot (50th). After twenty minutes of play, Kintu doubled the bet for Busoga United in the 70th minute. Then, Anwaru Ntege Mustafa scored his double two minutes from the end of the match and sealed their victory.
Ntege thus allows Busoga United to count now 6 points to occupy the eighth place in the standings. Forward Anwaru Ntege Mustafa was man of the match after his XXL performance.
