Uganda – Premier League: Arua Hill imposes its supremacy on Police FC


The second phase of the Ugandan league kicked off this Saturday, February 5, 2022 with a thrilling clash between Arua Hill FC and Police FC. After 90 minutes of play, the Leopards won 2-0 to move up the rankings.

Arua Hill FC entered the game in an aggressive and imposing manner which did not allow Police FC to organize their game. In the 24th minute, the hosts opened the scoring thanks to Rashid Kawawa on a half-volley into the net point blank. After the break, Stephen Kabuye doubled the lead for the Leopards and sealed the victory for his team. Arua Hill FC thus signs its 7th victory in 16 games and now has 26 points. Police FC meanwhile suffered its 7th defeat in 16 matches while it remains 10th with 17 points.
