Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR: the streamlined version
In 2016, Triumph announced the end of marketing of its streamlined sports car, the Daytona. In question ? Ever more restrictive anti-pollution standards (Euro 4) and sluggish sales. However, everything suggests that the English firm was patiently patient before unveiling a new streamlined sports car.
Based on a Speed Triple 1200 RS, this resiglée « RR » version will undoubtedly be a choice competitor against other machines in the segment, the Aprilia 1100 Tuono V4 in the lead. Triumph plans to provide more information on this new prototype as early as September 2021.
