Transfers: England has already broken its spending record

One week before the end of the transfer window, the Premier League has already broken its spending record for a summer transfer window, financial research firm Deloitte announced on Thursday. According to its analysts, nearly 1.8 billion euros have been spent to date by the 20 clubs of the English elite to strengthen against 1.7 in the off-season in 2017, which was so far the reference.
