Toronto FC will look for a loathsome player

Forward Dominic Dwyer has signed a contract valid until the end of the 2022 campaign with Toronto FC.
The 30-year-old veteran has already made a name for himself in Major League Soccer (MLS) for his somewhat disloyal shots and numerous spat with his opponents. In 2020, a knee injury ruined his season after two games at Orlando City SC, where he played for the past four years.
“Dom is a powerful offensive player with experience scoring goals in this league. He trained with us in Orlando and he fits very well in this group, TFC general manager Ali Curtis said in a statement. The addition of Dom gives us one more option on offense when it comes to talking about our main front. He really wanted to join us and that dictated the rest of the negotiation process, especially since there was interest from other organizations. ”
Dwyer has totaled 83 career MLS goals, both regular and playoffs. With Orlando, he has hit the target 24 times in 70 games.
