There is no doubt that the team will be able to use this experience to play at the top of the bill for their return to the European series.
« Our goal is to offer an unforgettable experience to the pilots who trust us and to help them progress with all our staff.comments Bruno Chaudet, Team Owner and Team Manager of TM Evolution. “I am delighted to be back in the Ligier European Seriescomments Alain Grand. My objective is of course to do better than in my first season in 2020. I also want to continue to support young drivers, who are coming out of karting, for example, and who want to become professional in motorsport. The Ligier European Series is, in my opinion, the ideal place to allow young drivers to set foot in the stirrup. I will already be sharing my seat at Monza with Paul Jouffreau, with whom I drove last year and who will take part in Euronascar this year in Lucas Lasserre’s team. With nearly 50 years spent on the circuits, I also enjoy passing on my passion and my experience. »
At the controls of #25, Bruno Chaudet will alternate the roles of Team Owner, Team Manager and driver. He will share the seat with Freddy Menanteau. “I can’t wait to find my teammate and drive on some of the most beautiful circuits in Europe.exclaims Bruno Chaudet. With a bonus round on the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit! It’s a great challenge. The level is very high. You learn faster when you are in contact with the best”.
“I am very happy to embark on this new adventure with Bruno and the whole TM Evolution team, confides Freddy Menanteau. After a little over 5 seasons in sport-prototype, I discovered TM Evolution and the Ligier JS2 R last year as part of the TTE championship. For this new season, I wanted to discover a new championship and new circuits. The Ligier European Series program is incredible. It’s a great opportunity to progress and drive on the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. »
The team is ready to welcome new drivers during the season to introduce them to the Ligier JS2 R and the series. For the third round, which will take place on the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit in June 2022, it will enter a third Ligier JS2 R.
