three more novelties to discover in 2022

Lamborghini is very proud to announce its half-year results. During the first six months of 2022, the Italian manufacturer delivered 5090 vehicles worldwidean increase of 4.9% compared to the same period in 2021. At 1.33 billion euros, its turnover is up by 30.6%as did its operating profit, which rose by 69.6% to 425 million euros.

The bull manufacturer is so enthusiastic that it is already announcing the arrival of three models in 2022. Lamborghini continues and gives us a lead: two new features concern the Urus and the third concerns the Huracan.

Without taking too much of a risk, we believe that the novelty based on the Huracan is the Sterrato. It is an off-road version based on the V10 engined supercar. It has already been presented in concept form, and the video published by the brand a few days ago offers us a preview of the final model. It is indeed a Lamborghini Huracan with higher ground clearance and clearly visible plastic body protection. It also benefits from roof rails and additional lighting.

But before, the Italian brand has said in the past that the Urus EVO will be presented in August 2022. It will therefore be the first of the three novelties to discover. It is a revisited version of the Urus, which as a reminder, is the best-selling model of the brand. Much later, Lamborghini will present another version, which according to rumors corresponds to a plug-in hybrid version. It would borrow its engine from Porsche, and would have a power of around 800 hp.

Lamborghini need not worry about economic conditions since all 2023 production is already booked. Before finishing, know that the brand is also working on the replacement for the Aventador which will benefit from an electrified V12.
