« This African striker from Liverpool can adapt perfectly to La Liga »

Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois believes Mohamed Salah can adapt to La Liga if he decides to join a Spanish side.

Mohamed Salah has become one of the biggest names in the world of football since joining Liverpool from Roma in 2017. Despite his incredible performances with Liverpool, the Egyptian’s future remains uncertain as the two teams are not not yet reached an agreement for a new agreement.

With his contract up next year, rumors have started to emerge over possible future destinations for the Liverpool winger. Two of the main candidates to sign Salah are La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona. In an interview he did to media outlet El Captain, Courtois said that adapting Salah to La Liga won’t be a problem.

“A possible transfer of Mohamed Salah to the league? There is no easy transfer from one league to another or from one club to another,” Courtois said. “Although there were exceptions, of course there were good players in the English Premier League, and they were successful when they moved to the Spanish League, and vice versa. I think Salah can successfully adapt to any of the five major leagues,” Courtois thinks.
