Like Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Porsche or Bugatti, Ferrari will unfortunately skip the Paris Motor Show 2022. It’s a shame, because the new Purosangue SUV would have been among the stars of the event given the reactions it has aroused since its official presentation on the internet. But good news: it will still be possible to admire Ferraris at the Paris Motor Show. Many Ferraris, even.
The organizer of the Mondial announces that with the complicity of a generous collector and the magazine Sport Auto, no less than 16 models of the prancing horse brand will be exhibited during the Parisian event. Fans of the Maranello brand will be able to admire a LaFerrari, this supercar launched in 2013 which now costs more than three million euros on the collection market. Or a copy of the 458 aperta, still considered today as one of Ferrari’s purest super sports cars thanks to its naturally aspirated V8. In terms of exceptional mechanics, visitors will also be able to observe a rare Monza SP2 and its 810 horsepower V12. A model also exhibited at the last Paris Motor Show 2018 where it was officially unveiled…
There will also be a scale 1 sculpture of the legendary Ferrari 250 GTO, created by artist Antoine Dufilho, for those who revere the most expensive former car in the world. And a Ferrari Portofino in which children can sit to get a souvenir photo. These Ferraris will be visible to all visitors to the show, but access to the inside of the stand will be chargeable with an entry fee set at €5. The profits will be donated to the Perce-Neige Foundation, created by Lino Ventura.
Caradisiac, partner of the Paris Motor Show
As in 2018, Caradisiac is once again a partner in 2022 of the Mondial de l’Auto which will take place in Paris from October 17 to 23. The Caradisiac editorial team will thus be relocated to its own stand for the duration of the show to analyze, dissect, photograph and film all the new models. And this will of course also be an opportunity for you to come, as you are used to, to meet our journalists. Which new or used car to buy? They will answer all your questions. Until then, we will give you on Caradisiac all the information that we could have obtained from the manufacturers on their new models.
