The Volvo dealer breaks his Ferrari then refuses to reimburse him

After taking his Ferrari to a Volvo dealership for a minor belt issue to be repaired, someone destroyed his sports car. And no one wants to pay for the damage.

The facts date back to the end of July in Hanoi, Vietnam. The owner of a Ferrari 488 GTB had to repair a damaged belt buckle on his car. When he went to the local Ferrari specialist, he was told that he would have to wait a long time for a mechanic to come on site and that he could go to the Volvo dealership to save time. What he did.

But once the Ferrari was dropped off at Volvo, someone destroyed it in a traffic accident. And no one accepts responsibility for this accident: the Volvo dealer says that it is up to Ferrari to take charge of the repairs and Ferrari passes the buck to Volvo.

A long procedure

So here is the unfortunate owner embarked on a long legal procedure to be reimbursed. A real nightmare…
