One Fitness is an ultra high-tech gym concept founded by Alexandre, an ambitious 32-year-old Alsatian who surrounded himself with his family and best friends to set up his business. Its goal, to move Strasbourg and its region by offering no less than four state-of-the-art cinemas for the general public. Novices as well as the greatest athletes will find a whole universe adapted to their level. More than 200 machines, coaches present every day, universes dedicated to each sport practice, polished decor, screens everywhere and even a connected app, here every detail counts to offer a real experience to the visitor.
In 2016, Alexandre, construction engineer by training, observes that French sports halls do not really manage to unite a large public. There are low-cost rooms, where the customer is let go blind in a large space full of machines and high-end rooms at a high price dedicated to a specific audience.
What he wants, it is to create a space and above all a community which would bring together as many women as men, from 16 to 99 years old, with sporting practices and habits varied. So he opened a first room in Fegersheim, then another and yet another. From now on, there are a dozen One Fitness rooms throughout France, from Lille to Corsica via Paris and as far as Reunion and it’s not over, because the brand continues to develop.

State-of-the-art rooms for all levels
Forget dark neon-lit gyms. In each room, the teams took to heart to offer a bright universe with large bay windows and above all, fully equipped. The equipment is top-of-the-range, each machine is connected thanks to the My One application to follow its progress and screens on each machine are there to entertain us like at home.
On more than 2,000 m2, we will find three great universes with dedicated rooms: a room for group lessons and coaching (boxing, zumba, step) decorated and dressed like a Broadway dance studio and a room called The Ride in sound and light immersion equipped with bicycles. We also find the Force One space for free bodybuildingalso fully equipped and decorated with care, and the space One Life for the practice of cardio and guided weight training. Each of these spaces is not only fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, but the visuals, decor and atmosphere that the teams wanted to offer gives another dimension.
Support, community and coaching at the heart of the project
The ambition of these high-tech sports halls is to bring together a large community of women and men of all ages who take pleasure in meeting alone or with others to practice their sport. For it, the teams accompany each new visitor and coaches are present to guide the athletes, to familiarize them with the material and of course, to make them progress. In all, every week, at least 50 lessons of various levels are offered to those who wish to practice in a group and this is perhaps the best way to motivate yourself.
And to federate even more, the teams see further. Events are planned between members, parties are offered and happenings are even organized from time to time. If recently you saw 200 people training together in front of the Shopping promenade ferris wheel, it was just for the pleasure of collectively participating in a good, light and fun time. This is also the spirit that the teams offer, moments of intense sport, others dedicated to individual practice, but also moments outside the framework, which bring people together.
