The spectacular release of Ducharme inspired by Chantal

Chantal Machabée’s impact as vice-president of communications for the Montreal Canadiens is already being felt.

It looks like she had a say in head coach Dominique Ducharme’s dramatic outing against the National Hockey League and refereeing last Thursday following CH’s 3-2 overtime loss. against the Chicago Blackhawks.

Lamenting that his team didn’t often win in goal reviews, Ducharme had said the Habs were 0 for 10 in those kinds of calls – which was factually incorrect, however.
