Hardly installed, the sports course of Saint-Dizier already attracts the amateurs of slips. Although it is still under construction, the pumptrack track welcomes skaters, mountain bikers and other “trottinetists” at the end of the day and on weekends. The pumptrack is a closed loop course made up of several bumps and banked turns.
Below the Deauville footbridge, next to the promenade des edges de Marne, this trail with four levels of difficulty (from beginner to expert) should become operational by the end of summer 2021. With a route of 300 meters long, this equipment represents an investment of 300,000 euros excluding tax.
Since the asphalt was laid at the end of July and as soon as the machines finished shaping the ground and laying the tar, the cyclists had had a blast, proof that the equipment was expected.
