The last Lamborghini Aventador sold for a fortune at auction

Lamborghini wishing to electrify by 2023 to 2024, this copy was the last without electrification. Auctioned on the RM Sotheby’s website, the latest Aventador found a happy owner yesterday. This Ultimae version, powered by the naturally aspirated 780 hp V12, sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of 355 km/h.

An Aventador Ultimae, but at what price?

We do not know the price of this ultimate model. But all we can say is that this one broke records! It was sold at $1,603,125, or €1,480,101 according to the current exchange rate. Sold with an NFT, the Italian manufacturer from Sant’Agata Bolognese is making history with this entry into the digital age.

Complementing the car and the NFT, the buyer of this Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae now becomes part of the brand’s iconic heritage. He will have access to some VIP rights, including the chance to preview future Lamborghini models or even take a private tour of the Lamborghini museum and meet the artists who made the NFT.

By selling this hypercar at auction, Lamborghini is turning the historical page of the Aventador. The next model in development will still be equipped with a V12, but this time with hybridization.
