The land of Auray handball takes to healthy sport – Auray




Anxious to diversify the activities of the Pahb (land of Auray handball), Armel Merlaud has set up fitness sessions. They will be moderated by Manue Bégot, back in his heart club, after his studies.

When she heard that the Pahb wanted to develop a healthy sport part, the adapted sports activity teacher did not hesitate to jump at the opportunity. “I was planning to do something with Auray during my studies. Not everyone wants to go on leisure or engage in traditional practice, ”explains the young woman.

Gradual return to sport

The sessions are aimed at all people, from 35 years old, who have stopped sport and want to resume. Four progressive sessions, depending on the potential of the group, are scheduled until the Christmas holidays. Saturday, November 27, the recovery will rhyme with muscular awakening. Relaxation and stretching will follow (December 4), then an active walk (December 11) or, another option in case of bad weather, and, finally, muscle strengthening on December 18. All this in connection with the hand. « There will be speed, strength, rapidity, cardio, skill », promises Manue before concluding « The goal is for the participants to have fun doing themselves good ».
