Crotone announced Friday the termination of Emmanuel Rivière’s contract for serious misconduct. The Martinican international, notably through Saint-Etienne, Toulouse and Monaco, did not show up for the resumption.

Already the end for Emmanuel Rivière in Crotone, current 17th in Serie B. He arrived free in the summer of 2020 while the club was still playing in Serie A. The Italian league confirmed on Friday the end of the contract of the Martinican striker of 31 years old, dismissed for serious misconduct by Crotone.

The former striker hope with the France team will not have marked the spirits in Italy, with only one goal and an assist in Serie A.

Trained and revealed in Saint-Etienne, he then evolved in Toulouse, Monaco, Newcastle, Osasuna or Metz before landing in Italy. He notably scored 41 goals and provided 18 assists. in 175 Ligue 1 matches.
