The CNOSF is committed against sexual violence and discrimination in sport


The French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) has taken a further step in its commitment to the fight against all forms of violence and discrimination in sport with the official launch, on January 18, 2022, of a dedicated Commission.

The Commission for the Fight against Sexual Violence and Discrimination in Sport of the CNOSF will work during the Olympiad to support the actors of the sports movement in the fight against this violence, in conjunction with the public authorities (Ministry of National Education , Ministry in charge of Sports, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Solidarity and Health, etc. and the judicial authorities.

Around its President Catherine Moyon De Baecque and its President Jean Zoungrana, the Commission is made up of 10 personalities whose skills and backgrounds constitute a strong commitment to this fundamental issue for the CNOSF at the service of all sports players. “It is a great honor for me to chair with Jean Zoungrana this Commission desired by Brigitte Henriques to combat sexual violence and discrimination in sport.“, said Catherine Moyon De Baecque.

The Commission will be supported in the implementation of its work by the members of an enlarged Circle who will be consulted on the various topics addressed and will contribute through their expertise to enrich the actions and work of the Commission.
