The association also offers other sports activities suitable for the over 55s: Monday, Bungy pump from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Nordic walking between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Meetings are scheduled in the parking lot of the sports complex.
Thursday, Body Pilates at the dance hall of the sports complex from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sports on prescription. The association is authorized to receive people forced to play sports for medical reasons (long-term illness) and whose contribution is covered by mutual insurance companies.
