According to Diop Thiam, representative of this championship in Côte d’Ivoire, this meeting aims to give the details of the 2022-2023 season which opens, to come back to the highlights of the 2021-2022 season.

“Each year, La Liga changes its design to give more visibility to the game and generate more enthusiasm. There is a whole ecosystem that is in place. There is an investment fund of more than 2500 euros allocated to the competition of which 70% must be used by the clubs for the improvement of infrastructures (Real Madrid is building a whole sports city thanks to this fund) , 15% intended for the promotion of new talents and 5% to alleviate the debts of the clubs, ”revealed Diop Thiam.

In terms of trophies, there is the trophy for the best African player for African players playing in La Liga, that of best goalkeeper or best scorer. We also have the Liga Santander for journalists, a platform on which they can upload videos or access documents.
