Sport, nature and adventure with Mathieu Agez and Cap à l’Ouest – Saint-Cast-le-Guildo
A certified hiking guide since 2014, specializing in Arctic travel, Mathieu Agez has decided to embark on his own adventure by opening his structure called « Cap à l’Ouest », in the Saint-Cast-le-Guildo sector, Plancoët, Saint-Jacut or even Erquy.
For the youngest, it will run a nature sports school allowing them to discover several outdoor disciplines. Inspired by nature raids (races placing practitioners in front of several events), the sessions led by Mathieu Agez may include several activities. « It will be possible to go kayaking, mountain biking but also orienteering for example, » explains the latter. Beyond the sporting aspect, it is also a good opportunity to take an interest in the nature that surrounds us. Nothing will prevent us from stopping in the middle of an activity to observe the animals! « .
Sports courses during the holidays
Nordic walking sessions will also allow adults who wish to discover the Emerald Coast by practicing this sport from Finland. “Nordic walking is practiced with specific walking sticks. It is an activity which, in addition to working the whole body, allows you to clear your mind and recharge your batteries. It is also a good way to discover magnificent sectors but little known or not sufficiently developed. On the coast or inland, there is the potential for real adventures! « .
During the school holidays, sports courses will take place to allow holidaymakers to participate in all the activities offered.
