Spain: Iker Bravo registered as a Real Madrid Castilla player
Without an official announcement, Real Madrid have added Iker Bravo to their Castilla squad, the Spanish club’s reserve team. The Spanish striker will evolve under the orders of Raúl Gonzalez, but he will alternate between the reserve team and the first team.
Real Madrid are preparing after Karim Benzema. The Madrid management worked to obtain the signing of a young Spanish nugget. This is the striker trained at FC Barcelona, Iker Bravo. Competing with Madrid rivals Atlético, Real have found the words to lure the 17-year-old. Real Madrid haven’t announced the signing, but have already registered the striker on the Spanish football federation’s website as a Castilla player. Iker Bravo could make his debut in the next game against Racing de Ferrol in Spain’s U19 Championship under Raúl Gonzalez. He will then be able to play under the orders of Carlo Ancelotti in the event of good performance with the reserve.
Iker Bravo Solanilla left the FC Barcelona training center freely in June 2021. According to the Catalan media, the Spanish striker refused to extend to Barça, since he asked to register him in the club’s reserve team. But the management would have refused and offered him to play with the club’s U18s. Iker Bravo would therefore have opposed the choice of his club and opted for the German adventure, at Bayer Leverkusen. After one season, he chose to return home for a new adventure. This is how Bayer Leverkusen and Real Madrid reached a one-season loan deal, with an option to buy, according to Iberian media.
