We have known since Wednesday September 22, at 12 p.m., the posters of the 4th French Cup round (scheduled for October 2 and 3) for the 12 Yvelines clubs still in the running. For his entry into the competition, Versailles (N2) inherited a tough opponent by falling against Brétigny (N3). The meeting will be played in the prefectural city. Very heavy also for Les Mureaux (N3) who will receive Fleury-Mérogis (N2).
For his part, Poissy (N2) will move towards Gretz-Tournan (R3). Chatou, Conflans (R1), Trappes, Houilles (R2) and Hardricourt (R3) will all challenge district teams. After eliminating two teams from R2, Neighbors-le-Bretonneux (D1) will try to do it again, at home, against Courbevoie (R2). Pleasure (D2) will have the privilege of welcoming one of the historic football clubs of the Ile-de-France region: the Racing club de France (N3).
Finally the Ile-de-France petit poucet Bréval-Longnes (D5), which will play a fourth round for the first time in its history, will host Vincennes (R1). Seven divisions separate the two clubs. But who knows …
