Should Mikhail Sergachev have been drafted Top 5?

Three NHL Network analysts have fun redoing the Top 5 of the 2016 Draft, seven years later. Should Auston Matthews have been drafted first?
EJ Hradek and Mike Rupp believe so, while Ken Daneyko believes Matthew Tkachuk should have been top of the class.
At least the three agree that Matthews and Tkachuk, in order or out of order, are the two best of 2016.
Then it jostles with Adam Fox, Tage Thompson, Charlie McAvoy and Mikhail Sergachev for ranks 3, 4 and 5, depending on the expert polled.
Daneyko places Sergachev fifth and excludes McAvoy from his Top 5, while Rupp knocks Thompson out of his list, in favor of Sergachev.
In the true life, Sergachev was drafted ninth overall by the Canadiens. On June 15, 2017, he moved to the Tampa Bay Lightning in return for Jonathan Drouin.
Sergachev celebrated his 25th birthday yesterday and has just achieved a personal best with 64 points.
