SEB BOURDAIS CADILLAC DRIVER, CONFIDENT BEFORE THE 24 HOURS OF THE CENTENARY

On the occasion at the 24 Hours Museum, in the middle of the week, of the inauguration of the sublime retrospective exhibition organized by the ACO to honor the 24 Hours of Le Mans of the Centenary, with the victorious racing cars since 1923, meeting with the Manceau driver who will drive one of the Cadillacs this year and just arrived from the United States where he has been living for almost 15 years, Sebastien Bourdais

Alorq Seb back in Sarthe, how does Le Mans 2023 look for you?

We have an excellent car, reliable, dynamic and very pleasant in terms of driving. She has a favorable technical background for this event. I roll with Renger van dzr Zande my partner in the USA in the races of the IMSA American Endurance Championship and with the New Zealander Scott Dixon – multiple winner of the 509 mules at Indianapolis and of the Indycar single-seater championship and also winner of the Rolex 24 at Daytona, among others.

And sebastien goes on and tells us:

We make a great team because like me they know Le Mans well. They are fast boys who analyze situations perfectly with a good mechanical feeling and who don’t make mistakes.

Before adding and indicating:

Afterwards, Le Mans remains Le Mans… So many things can happen. On paper we have extremely present competition, some of whom like Toyota have such a knowledge of racing, a great experience of this event, they have proven it time and time again.

Seb concluding:

Now here anything can happen, we probably have a small deficit in top speed in the Hunaudieresbut our reliability will be an essential and non-negligible asset!
