Saint-Etienne wins against Brest and leaves the red zone

ASSE is provisionally 17th in the championship.
After the slap received in Lorient 6-2 last week, Pascal Dupraz’s players had to react in this new clash at the bottom of the ranking. It’s done with a 2-1 victory at home against Brest.
However, it was the locals who opened the scoring with a goal from a former green house player, Franck Honorat (8th). But Mahdi Camara offered himself a double (14th, 39th) to allow Saint-Etienne to return to victory after four games without winning in Ligue 1. ASSE temporarily goes back to 17th place. Stade Brestois remains 12th.
