Sacha Houlié explains the adapted gauges in Ligue 1 stadiums

But on Wednesday, an amendment was adopted in the National Assembly’s Law Committee so that this gauge is adapted according to regions and stadiums. Good news for Ligue 1 clubs. « Can we financially ensure an economic balance with half of the spectators in the stadiums? In this case a 50% gauge is a very good idea. 50% at the Vélodrome is almost 30,000 people. It means that we do not turn off the whole sporting life. 50% in Bordeaux is already 20,000 people and that means that there are a lot of people who can attend a competition. In a match against OM, it will obviously be a disappointment for a lot of people. But 20,000 people in Bordeaux in normal times I believe that it is an average affluence so we are not on the punitive and we will be able to keep everyone away ”, did he declare.
