Rwanda – Premier League: Eastern Star surprises Gorilla FC, the results of the day

At the end of the 14th day of the Rwandan championship, the promoted, Etoile de l’Est, soaked Gorilla FC in the relegation zone with a surprising defeat. The match ended with a score of 2-3 allowing the team to move up in the standings.

L’Étoile de l’Est won in the first period of the game. The three goals are signed by Shukwudi respectively in the 21st, 38th and 43rd minute. After the break, Gorilla FC reduced the lead but it wasn’t enough to come back. Duru (56th) and Irankunda (74th) scored the two goals. Thanks to this success, the Eastern Star comes out of the red zone and now occupies 12th place with 13 points. Gorilla FC meanwhile retains the red lantern (16th, 8 pts).
