Richmond – Schedules – NASCAR Cup Series

Find all the national series schedules for races contested on the Richmond Raceway, a three-quarter-mile short track.

Only the XFINITY and the Cup will be present for this second competition weekend of the season at the Richmond Raceway. The two series will be played on Saturday, with the XFINITY during the day and the Cup at night.

On this track, the XFINITY will play its penultimate race of the regular season, while it will be the second race of the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs.

As on the majority of the tracks this season, there will be neither practice nor qualifying.

2:30 p.m. (8:30 p.m.) – Race (250 laps / 187.5 miles)

First segment: 75 laps / 56.25 miles
Second segment: 75 laps / 56.25 miles
Third segment: 100 laps / 75 miles

7:00 p.m. (1:00 a.m. Sunday) – Presentation of the drivers
7:30 p.m. (1:30 a.m. Sunday) – Race (400 laps / 300 miles)

First segment: 80 laps / 60 miles
Second segment: 155 laps / 116.25 miles
Third segment: 165 laps / 123.75 miles
