Close to a return to the field after his serious injury in Qatar, Lucas Hernández (27 years old, 11 games and 1 goal in all competitions this season) no longer wants to play at Bayern Munich. In a strong position with a contract that runs until June 2024, the versatile French defender is aiming for a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, says RMC.
Approached by the Ile-de-France leaders, the 2018 world champion warned his management of his desire not to extend despite a proposal to extend his lease for three additional seasons, i.e. until June 2027. Renowned for not retaining players against their willingly, the Bavarian club could quickly start discussions with its Parisian counterpart for a transfer.
As a reminder, Bayern paid a record 80 million euros to attract the 2018 world champion from Atletico Madrid in 2019.
