The Espanyol Barcelona striker is forced to leave the selection which faces Switzerland this Thursday evening, for a health problem.
Espanyol Barcelona international striker Raul de Tomas will leave Spain on Thursday due to a throat infection, La Roja said in a statement on Thursday.

Raul de Tomas will therefore be unavailable for Spain’s last two matches of this June international window against Switzerland in Geneva on Thursday evening (8:45 p.m.) and the return match against the Czech Republic on Sunday (8:45 p.m.) in Malaga. « Given his condition, the player will not be able to train for the next few days and will not take part in the next two matches“, concluded the Roja.
He is the second player to leave the Spanish gathering in this international window, after Thiago Alcantara on June 1, due to a right leg injury.
