Racing Besançon in partnership with the city’s two futsal clubs

This Wednesday afternoon, in the premises of Racing Besançon, the flagship club of the Comtoise capital, Sporting Futsal and Besançon Futsal signed a partnership agreement. The interest is to forge links between these clubs to make their material, educational and human resources available. Pooling may also be created depending on the needs expressed. Claude Cuinet, President of Racing explains that the main objective is to provide « the best for children for the sake of technical contribution and physical development ». Thus, young people aged between 6 and 15 will have plenty of time to practice and discover this discipline. Additional training has already been scheduled. In addition, the bisontin club will leave the possibility to its licensees to deepen their practice by subscribing to a double license or by becoming more involved in this sport.

A discipline in full development

The leaders of Sporting Futsal and Besançon Futsal assure this. “Their favorite sport is developing rapidly”. Its particular technicality has won over football enthusiasts, who have joined the ranks of these two clubs. This association could open up to other audiences. Thanks to the know-how of Racing, people with disabilities and women could have access to this sport.

Other forms of football

Eager to diversify its offer, Racing Besançon is considering developing other forms of football at the same time. The club also plans to forge links with the Bisontine and metropolitan formations in order to promote football throughout Besançon and Grand Besançon. The project is reflected.
