PSG will snub the UNFP trophy ceremony – Sport.fr
In the wake of its trip to Montpellier on the occasion of the 37th day of Ligue 1, the PSG delegation will have to go to Doha and will therefore miss the UNFP Trophy ceremony.
According to RMC Sports, PSG will spend two short 48-hour stays in Doha on Saturday May 14 which compensates for the cancellation of a training camp in the Middle East which was due to take place in January due to the pandemic experiencing a new wave. The PSG workforce will be back in the capital at the start of the following week to prepare for the final game of the season against Metz. Consequently, this trip to the Middle East will force the Parisian players nominated for the UNFP Trophies to miss the ceremony, scheduled for Sunday May 15. However, duplexes would be provided for potential winners.
