PSG consider extending Ramos and Messi
Under contract until June 2023, Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos are currently giving satisfaction to the management of PSG, who are considering extending them.
For the moment, the club is only at the stage of reflection. Paris Saint-Germain is considering extending Sergio Ramos (36) and Lionel Messi (35), currently engaged until June 2023. While the two players were unsatisfactory last season, their return to form since the month of July pushes management to consider new contracts.

For Lionel Messi, the club is seduced by what he has shown in recent months. The Argentine has an optional year which he can activate by mutual agreement. He’s in a slightly more comfortable position than Sergio Ramos.
The latter is clearly open to an extension. The Spanish international is the boss of the locker room, according to Camp des Loges regulars. But his lease will be extended only if he gives guarantees and his level is constant.
Pay attention to accounts
At the club, we remind you that it is not possible to do anything financially. PSG has just been sanctioned by UEFA and must bring its accounts up to standard within three years.
Discussions regarding these two potential extensions are expected to intensify after the World Cup (November 20-December 18).
