The society

Atlantic Entrepreneur Fund (AEF) is a management company specializing in the takeover and development of French SMEs. The target companies are companies valued at less than 25 million euros. They are profitable, growing, and already generate a turnover of between 4 and 25 million euros.

AEF mainly invests tickets between 1 and 5 million euros, in equity and quasi-equity, in diversified sectors such as energy transition, agrifood, “outdoor” equipment and even digital. We intervene in transmission and development capital operations systematically in association with management.

AEF has also created a specific tool dedicated (Atlantic M&A) to its investment activity. It allows the selection and support of managers-buyers, an original and differentiating feature of the AEF project.

AEF and Atlantic M&A aim to create and run a long-term community of entrepreneur-investors in order to pool members’ experiences and expertise and generate more growth opportunities.
