Porsche: change to the supervisory board – 09/30/2022 at 16:13

(CercleFinance.com) – Werner Weresch, member of Porsche’s Supervisory Board for many years, is retiring on September 30, 2022. Weresch – a qualified mechanic – was most recently Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Going forward, Jordana Vogiatzi will assume the role of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

‘Werner Weresch is and remains a Porsche man to the core. He was there in difficult times and together with us he laid the foundations for the excellent situation in which Porsche finds itself today,” says Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Porsche AG.

Jordana Vogiatzi has been elected Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Porsche AG after eight years of successful collaboration on the Board.

‘Jordana Vogiatzi has known Porsche for many years and has always been able to keep an impartial point of view,’ emphasizes Werner Weresch.
