PointsBet Daily Picks: Crosby/McDavid assist parlay and Jack Hughes shot prop

Tyler Yaremchuk: Let’s get into our NHL betting for tonight, courtesy of our friends at PointsBet Canada. At first, there wasn’t much I liked on this list, so I ended up going with a few gamer accessories. Starting at the top, Washington vs. New Jersey. The Devils are -136 favorites, I don’t like that price with them at home, I think there’s just going to be a bunch of really close NHL games tonight. But, I love Jack Hughes at over 3.5 shots on goal, he’s hit that thing four times in a row and I think he’s going to hit it again with the Devils at home. So it’s a good spot at -105.

Also, Crosby vs. McDavid tonight in Edmonton, it’s going to be an awesome game between the two. I don’t like both sides of it, I don’t even like the top, although I thought about it but, Crosby to get an assist with McDavid to get an assist, why not? It pays +105 when you combine the two and I think they will both be on the scoresheet as they usually do when facing each other. So a Crosby/McDavid assist, Jack Hughes on 3.5 shots and I see on DailyFaceoff.com that it will be Scott Wedgewood going tonight for the Dallas Stars against Ottawa and not Jake Oettinger. I’m actually going to take the most in this game. The Senators are hitting three in a row and Wedgewood has three goals in his last outing. I think these two can hit more than 6 at -125. So those are my three pieces for tonight Frank.

Frank Seravalli: I like that, I also like Connor McDavid three or more points in tonight’s game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. McDavid had four in each of his last two meetings against Crosby last year. Looks like he’s just getting ready to play the Pens and it comes in at a juicy +230. So interesting to take a look at that, McDavid three or more points tonight against the Pens. Kudos to Tyler and PointsBet Canada for our daily points betting segment.
