Pierre-Édouard Bellemare scorer with the Tampa Bay Lightning in NHL

The Tampa Bay Lightning, Stanley Cup winners in 2020 and 2021 (and finalist last season against Colorado), beat the Los Angeles Kings (5-2) on Saturday in the NHL regular season. And Pierre-Édouard Bellemare, the only Frenchman to play this season in the prestigious North American professional league, contributed to the victory of the Florida franchise by scoring the second goal, in the first period, after seven minutes of play.

It’s Bellemare’s third NHL goal this season, after scoring against Columbus on Dec. 15 and Seattle on Jan. 16. For the 2022-2023 financial year, the French player now has seven points (three goals and four assists). The Tampa Bay Lightning, now on a three-game winning streak, is third in the Atlantic Division and fifth in the Eastern Conference.
