If you live in Île-de-France, immediately forget everything you had planned to do today, housework or sports. In fact, to celebrate its 100th anniversary, the Vauban Group is transforming the Peugeot Osny concession for one day into an incredible museum dedicated to the history of the lion brand.
Today, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Vauban Group is organizing an open day in Osny, where 100 Peugeots of yesteryear, collection and competition, await young and old for a journey through time. Four-wheeled glories of the past are thus on display, such as the Peugeot 908 HDi FAP #9 of the winning crew at the finish of the 2009 24 Hours of Le Mans, namely Alexander Wurz, David Brabham and Marc Gené.
Made available by the L’Aventure Peugeot museum, this racing prototype (pictured above in Sochaux) will not be the only one to cause a sensation in Osny. Remember that next weekend, the CD Peugeot SP66 from the 1996 24 Hours of Le Mans will be on track this time as part of the Le Mans Classic event.
L’Aventure Peugeot has lent the Vauban Group other cars. Our friends at Orhès Racing have also released a few Peugeots from their site, in particular the Peugeot 204 from the Tour Auto 2020. Alongside the 204, a rare Peugeot 203 Coupé Constantin is also celebrating today in Val-d’ Oise.
Other surprises await you at the Peugeot Osny concession of the Vauban Group today, such as the possibility of winning two places to attend the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2023, an event which will see, for the first time on its starting grid, two Peugeot 9X8s.
