OGC Nice formalizes a wave of departures

In a press release this Friday, OGC Nice announced that it would separate into four players: two loan returns, an end of contract and a permanent transfer.
We do not yet know who will be the coach of OGC Nice next season, but the lucky winner will not be able to count on four of the members of the Nice workforce version 2022-2023. In a press release, the Riviera club notably formalized the departures of Joe Bryan (29 years old) and Nicolas Pépé (28 years old), whose loans (without option to buy) are coming to an end.
The English defender, who belongs to Fulham, played ten games with Nice in all competitions (five starts), for a goal and an assist in the Europa League Conference. As for him, the Ivorian striker, author of a good first part of the season (eight goals, one assist) returns to Arsenal after being hampered by a knee injury, which deprived him of almost all of the second half of the season.
Barkley not extended, Delort definitely Nantes
Arrived free last summer from Chelsea, midfielder Ross Barley (29) was not extended by the Gym. Holder nine times in the league (27 appearances in total), the English international stood out with his four goals and two assists.
Finally, Andy Delort (31) is also leaving the Côte d’Azur for good. The Algerian international saw the purchase option attached to his loan to FC Nantes definitively lifted, following the maintenance of the Canaries in Ligue 1. Before his twelve league games with the Yellow and Green, during which he did not managed to score, Delort had scored 25 times in 55 games under the Nice tunic.
