The club coached by Wayne Rooney is in the grip of serious financial difficulties.
Wayne Rooney did not go easy on his first steps as a coach. The former glory of Manchester United has taken the reins of the Derby County team which plays in the English second division. However, the club from the north of England is facing serious financial difficulties which have already earned it a placement under administration and a first round of penalties. In September, the English Football League (EFL) had already pronounced a withdrawal of 12 points against the British formation. This time, a new penalty of 9 units was imposed on the Midlands club. Naturally the Championship red lantern, Derby County now has a total of negative points (-3) and seems to be heading straight for the 3rd division.
