Nigeria inherits South Africa, West African clash between Burkina and Senegal (draw)

This Friday, April 29, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) drew lots for the Women’s African Cup of Nations with shocks on the program.

Defending champion and Ivory Coast knockout, Nigeria inherited Group C along with South Africa, Burundi and Botswana. Host country of the competition, Morocco will face Burkina Faso, Senegal and Uganda as regards pool A. Favorite in the same way as Nigeria, Cameroon is housed in pool B in the company of Zambia, Tunisia and Togo. The competition opens on July 2 and ends on the 23rd of the same month.
