Ramsey looking for revival

Within the OGCN, we would already take for granted the arrival of Aaron Ramsey despite a recent approach to the MLS franchise from Charlotte. After a complicated experience in Italy with the Bianconeri, the Welshman is coming out of a mixed second half of the 2021-2022 campaign with Rangers. If he played 13 games with the Scottish club, even reaching the Europa League final, the playmaker still experienced some physical glitches and was content with two goals and two assists under the orders of Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

By signing in Nice, Aaron Ramsey will be able to bring his valuable high-level experience to the group led by Lucien Favre. Personally, Gareth Bale’s teammate in the selection will above all try to get back there before the World Cup in Qatar at the end of the year.

An agreement with Leicester for Schmeichel

Like Aaron Ramsey, Nice seems set to welcome another renowned player from the Premier League. Courted for some time and not insensitive to the INEOS project, Kasper Schmeichel should join Ligue 1 during the summer transfer window.

Nice would thus have reached an agreement with Leicester for up to one million euros. Possible bonuses will be added in the event of qualification for the Champions League.

If the medical examination of the 36-year-old Dane could quickly be settled, the Aiglons have not yet reached an agreement with the Scandinavian on the duration of his contract. The agent of the doorman of the Foxes, authorized to leave according to Brendan Rodgers, would claim three years of contract to join Ligue 1. A few days before the first day of the championship, Lucien Favre only has youngsters Marcin Bulka (22 years old) and Teddy Boulhendi (21) for the inaugural trip to Toulouse.
