2nd round
The second round will see the winners of matches from the same division face off against each other.

Semi-finals
The remaining four teams will be ranked based on their regular season points count, with the first playing the fourth and the second against the third.

Final
The two winners of the semi-finals compete to try to win the Stanley Cup and thus succeed the Tampa Bay Lightning.
