Nino Niederreiter and Pius Suter have both found their way to the nets in the NHL. But if one won, the other was defeated.
Niederreiter went 5-1 in the Carolina Hurricanes’ 6-3 win over the NY Rangers. Grison, whose 11th goal of the year, found the fault shortly before the end of the 2nd period. Carolina remains on 3 consecutive successes.

Pius Suter, on the other hand, bit the dust with Detroit against the Dallas Stars (4-5 after overtime). The Zurich player still scored his ninth goal of the year to allow his team to come back to 2-2. But with this defeat, the Red Wings will have to fight again if they intend to live the play-offs.

Note also the 5-1 success of the Minnesota Wild against the Chicago Blackhawks. With an assist for Kevin Fiala (his 17th of the winter). The St. Gallen striker now has 26 points on his personal counter, in 36 matches.
